IMS.RCS Cloud is a cloud-native communication platform designed for telecom operators and enterprises to rapidly deploy and scale advanced, carrier-grade communication services. It combines an IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) with Rich Communication Services (RCS) to enable enriched messaging, voice, video, chatbots, AI-powered services, and even XR/VR-based experiences across devices and networks, including support for private 5G and multi-access edge computing (MEC). The solution is fully containerized and modular, supporting GSMA-accredited RCS Universal Profile interoperability and essential network functions such as real-time messaging, group chat, presence, network address book, and lawful intercept, enabling service providers to launch modern rich communication offerings quickly with high reliability and scalability.
